Your Role - We’re looking for a talented React Native Mobile Developer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our mobile app, ensuring seamless performance and user experience across both iOS and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the mobile app using React Native (TypeScript) for both iOS and Android platforms

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Implement new features and functionality in collaboration with the product and design teams

Optimize app performance for speed and scalability, ensuring smooth user experience
-
Ensure cross-platform compatibility and a consistent look and feel on iOS and Android
-
Design and implement robust and reusable components for efficient development
-
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs, ensuring data synchronization between front-end and back-end systems
-
Work with UX/UI designers to refine user interfaces, ensuring the app is visually appealing and easy to use
-
Contribute to the development and integration of localization features (services, notifications, UI text) to cater to different languages and cultures
-
Conduct testing to ensure the app is free from bugs and glitches across various devices and OS versions
-
Optimize app performance to minimize battery and memory usage
-
Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users and the QA team
-
Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and contribute innovative ideas to the team

Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvements
-
Assist in onboarding junior developers and mentoring them as they grow in their roles
Technical Skills:
-
5+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with a primary focus on React Native and TypeScript
-
Proven ability to build and maintain cross-platform apps deployed to both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store
-
Strong understanding of React Native architecture, component-driven development, and performance optimization
-
Experience integrating and managing third-party libraries, SDKs, and RESTful APIs
-
Proficiency in mobile UX/UI design principles, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards
-
Familiarity with state management libraries and navigation libraries
-
Working knowledge of Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and app deployment automation
-
Comfortable using Git for version control, branching, and pull requests in a collaborative codebase
-
Experience with mobile testing frameworks, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and crash/error reporting tools
-
Strong debugging and performance profiling skills across both platforms
Bonus Skills:
-
Experience with Figma and the ability to translate design files into pixel-perfect code
-
Familiarity with WordPress and how content or CMS-driven components may interact with the mobile app
-
Experience with localization/internationalization of mobile apps, particularly support for RTL and multilingual support
-
Exposure to native module development for iOS (Swift/Obj-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) is a plus
