<h3><strong>Job Title: Energy Efficiency &amp; Optimization Specialist (ESCO)</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Job Purpose</strong></h4>
<p>Enable the company to become a preferred contractor/ESCO in the energy efficiency and optimization business domain. Responsible for driving sales and profitability growth across various business sectors and geographical locations within the UAE.</p>

<h3><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Vision &amp; Strategy</strong>: Provide the organizational strategy and focus for implementing the Energy Program to advance energy management efforts across the portfolio, including energy conservation programs.</li>
<li><strong>Leadership</strong>: Lead portfolio-wide energy management plans and integrate processes into facilities and project management operations.</li>
<li><strong>Expertise</strong>: Serve as the internal leader and go-to expert for energy management, monitoring emerging trends, programs, and issues while educating others on relevant topics.</li>
<li><strong>Energy Optimization</strong>: Evaluate energy options, present recommendations, and implement programs to reduce energy and utility usage and associated costs.</li>
<li><strong>Incentive Programs</strong>: Stay updated on energy and utility incentive programs, analyze projects concerning total life costs, and prepare proposals for client presentations.</li>
<li><strong>Benchmarking</strong>: Facilitate a portfolio-wide energy benchmarking program.</li>

<h3><strong>Job Requirements</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Qualifications</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education</strong>:
<ul>
<li>Must possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in <strong>Electrical</strong> or <strong>Mechanical Engineering</strong> from a reputed institution.</li>
<li>Desirable certifications include <strong>Certified Measurement &amp; Verification Professional (CMVP)</strong> and/or <strong>Certified Energy Manager (CEM)</strong>.</li>
</ul>

</ul>
<h4><strong>Experience</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Relevant Experience</strong>:
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience in HVAC, Building Controls, or <strong>Energy Services Performance Contracting (ESPC)</strong> in <strong>ESCO</strong>.</li>
<li>5-7 years in engineering and energy savings calculations for performance contracting projects, with a solid understanding of <strong>Measurement &amp; Verification (M&amp;V)</strong> protocols and guidelines (<strong>FEMP</strong>, <strong>IPMVP</strong>).</li>
<li>3-4 years leading teams of <strong>Energy Engineers</strong>.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Technical Expertise</strong>:
<ul>
<li>Proven knowledge and expertise in <strong>energy efficiency technologies</strong> and solutions for ESCO.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Skills</strong>:
<ul>
<li>Strong <strong>commercial acumen</strong> for conducting cost-benefit analyses and <strong>financial modeling</strong>.</li>
<li>Experience in developing and implementing energy efficiency projects, including <strong>feasibility studies</strong>, project planning, and execution.</li>
<li>Excellent <strong>presentation, influencing, communication, and negotiation</strong> skills, both in face-to-face and virtual environments.</li>
<li>Strong <strong>analytical, problem-solving</strong>, and <strong>business management</strong> abilities.</li>
<li>Effective task management, collaboration, and organizational skills for both physical and virtual teams.</li>
</ul>

<li>Must possess a valid <strong>UAE driving license</strong>.</li>
