Your Role at Axi:

• Agile Methodologies:
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Agile methodologies in practical work settings.
• Development & Deployment:
  • Perform necessary roles within an agile team to design, build, and deploy applications that meet business needs.

• Development Practices:
  • Actively participate in refining development practices, processes, and improving software quality and maintainability.
• Mentorship:

• Clean Code & TDD:
  • Write clean, maintainable code, implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing for high-quality results.
• Documentation & Testing:
  • Adopt the habit of writing code that serves as documentation, implementing various types of tests.
• Security Best Practices:
  • Implement and maintain security best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• CI/CD Pipelines:
  • Configure and extend CI/CD pipelines using various providers.
• Technology Updates:
  • Stay updated with new technologies and apply them appropriately.
• Software Architecture:
  • Design and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient software architecture following industry best practices.
• Problem Solving:
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and proactively understand existing systems.
• Support Product Managers:
  • Assist Product Managers by assessing solution alternatives and providing technical recommendations.

Requirements:

• English Proficiency:
  • Proficient knowledge of the English language.
• Technical Skills:
  • Experience with C#, .NET Core/6/7.
  • Expertise in Clean Code, including TDD, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Advantageous Skills:
  • Experience with payment providers or financial services.
  • Experience with Azure services like Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Key Vaults.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  • Possess clear communication skills and proven technical experience.
