Position: Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 15,000 to 20,000

Job Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
Testing Practices: Work with Salesforce QA engineers and testers to establish and improve testing best practices.
Coordination: Collaborate with the development team to manage bug fixes, maintain stable environments, handle customer communication, and ensure proper testing and documentation of releases.
Test Strategies: Define and execute test strategies, plans, test cases, and tasks to meet stakeholder requirements.
Test Development: Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans, scripts, and methodologies for system compliance.
Issue Investigation: Conduct in-depth investigations into quality issues, identify root causes, and work with the development team to resolve them.
Collaboration: Partner with software developers to develop test specifications, build test cases, and investigate product test failures.
Functional Testing: Write functional test scripts, conduct testing, capture results, and validate defect fixes.
Process Ownership: Manage overall testing processes, including reporting test results, analysis, logs, and key metrics.
Participation: Actively engage in design and sprint planning sessions, offering QA insights.
Reporting: Produce reports on testing progress for stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud) and quality assurance.
Extensive experience with manual functional, regression, end-to-end, integration, user acceptance, automated, and smoke testing.
Experience with test automation platforms such as Selenium.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant).
Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case development, and the software development life cycle.
Proficient with test software and tools, such as Jira.
