As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager, you will be at the center of our global operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop SOC Strategy:

  • Establish and implement a comprehensive SOC strategy to identify, prevent, and respond to cyber threats.
  • Ensure the security of critical assets and data.

• Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of SOC engineers and security analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within the team.

• Technology Management:

  • Oversee and maintain security tools and technologies.
  • Ensure the organization stays ahead of emerging threats with advanced solutions.

• Incident Management:

  • Design and continuously improve incident management processes.
  • Minimize the impact of security incidents through effective planning and response.

Requirements:

• Extensive Experience:

  • Over a decade of work experience, with a strong focus on SOC management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of incident response and continuous monitoring.

• Cybersecurity Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of SOC workflows, SIEM tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and threat intelligence platforms.

• Leadership Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a diverse team, especially in high-pressure environments.

• Relevant Certifications:

  • Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly valued.

• Communication Skills:

  • Strong ability to communicate complex security concepts to a variety of stakeholders.

• Continuous Learning:

  • A commitment to staying updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
