Role: Observability Engineer

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and scale observability solutions
Troubleshoot and analyze problems related to observability
Research and implement new technologies to improve observability
Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment with requirements
Collaborate with developers and IT professionals
Create and maintain documentation
Monitor and analyze system performance, providing reports to management
Implement best practices for observability solutions
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in banking or financial services
Certifications such as AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are a plus
