Position: Backend Developer
Responsibilities:
- Work on cutting-edge backend systems integral to product performance.
- Deliver high-quality code ensuring maximum performance, scalability, testability, and maintainability.
- Follow defined company coding standards and ensure the solution is testable and covered with unit tests.
- Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching, and educational opportunities.
- Organize and participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions.
- Document solutions by providing documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and clear code.
- Continuously self-improve by studying state-of-the-art development tools and programming techniques.
- Protect operations by keeping information confidential.

The Successful Applicant
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of backend experience.
- Experience with Python, web development, MongoDB, and NoSQL.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Experience with Serverless framework is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD tools.
- Good knowledge of Docker environments.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented principles.
- Must be able to relocate to Dubai, UAE and work in an office full time.
