Our client is a global fintech company building a state-of-the-art platform. They are looking to hire a Senior Backend Developer to elevate their elite team of developers. The role is fully remote, but the ideal candidate will be based within a few hours of Dubai's time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance backend solutions for the fintech/payments platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Maintain high standards of code quality and ensure robust testing and debugging practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate cutting-edge technologies into the development process.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Strong technical background with experience in Go or Ruby.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in building products in the fintech/banking industry.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills.
• Language Skills: Arabic fluency would be a major plus.
