Role Description:
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in similar roles, with a track record of developing and delivering Gen AI-based products
- Experience with Real-Time Analytics, RAG, and LLM
- Educational background in Computer Science, Management, Fintech, or related fields
- Management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proficient in various AI and ML Technologies and platforms
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of a Gen AI-based solution
- Build and develop AI-assisted solutions across compliance and cybersecurity for Enterprises
- Lead the strategy and product roadmap
- Hands-on involvement in building out a Data Engineer and Data Scientist team
