Technical Manager - High Rise Tower Projects

Position Summary
The Technical Manager will monitor the development, coordination, and approval of shop drawings, materials, method statements, and other essential requirements for site execution. The role involves ensuring compliance with project specifications and effective coordination across all trades to facilitate the construction sequence.
Responsibilities

Project Specifications & Design Review
- Analyze project specifications and design drawings to ensure compliance and readiness for construction.
- Oversee and ensure timely submission of shop drawings for structural, architectural, and MEP works.

Shop Drawing Compliance & Coordination
- Validate shop drawings and materials, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, construction sequence, and the project timeline.
- Coordinate with all trades to ensure accurate interfacing between structural, architectural, and MEP elements.

Sub-Contractor Oversight
- Review and assess the designs from specialist subcontractors, including post-tensioned structural elements, steel structures, waterproofing, curtain walls, landscaping, and diverse architectural finishes.
- Provide guidance to sub-designers, aligning their work with the project's technical requirements.

Stakeholder Communication
- Update management on activity status, liaise with the client, and address technical, contractual, and commercial concerns.
