Job Title: Xstore Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Customization:
- Develop and customize Oracle Xstore POS applications to meet business requirements.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to design and implement new features.
Integration:
- Integrate Xstore with systems like ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
Troubleshooting:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xstore applications.
Code Review:
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Software Development Lifecycle:
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Xstore implementations.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Xstore applications and processes.
Industry Trends:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and Oracle Xstore updates.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and customizing Oracle Xstore POS systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and SOAP/RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with retail business processes and POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred:
- Oracle Xstore certification.
- Experience with Oracle Retail Suite.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with system integration and data migration projects.
