Seeking a visionary Lead Software Engineer for Baguette (https://baguetteapp.io/), a groundbreaking ERP system and business super app.

Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture and Development:
- Lead the development of Baguette, integrating sales, finance, and HR functionalities.
AI Integration:
- Utilize AI to analyze business data for informed decision-making.
Feature Implementation:
- Oversee the integration of payments, retail services, and communication tools.
Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering innovation and excellence.
API Development:
- Develop and maintain APIs for third-party service integration.
Security:
- Implement robust security measures to protect business and financial data.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in leading complex software projects, preferably in ERP systems or super app development.
- Strong background in AI and machine learning focused on business applications.
- Expertise in REACT, PYTHON, and LARAVEL programming languages.
- Experience with API development and third-party service integration.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide a team.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and scalable architecture design.
- Knowledge of financial technology and payment systems integration.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of PyTorch and TensorFlow.
