At DiceTek in Dubai, we align our PTO and time-off policies with the labor laws of the UAE. Employees typically enjoy a minimum of 30 calendar days of annual leave after one year of service. Our policies also encompass public holidays, granting employees a day off with full pay. We provide provisions for sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, and special leave.
