Software Engineer (Python)

Committed to delivering the best online search experience, they are now seeking a motivated Software Engineer Intern to contribute to their dynamic team.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build robust and scalable software, improving code services and system architecture.</li>
<li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to technology, algorithms, and products.</li>
<li>Collaborate with product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and deliver results.</li>
<li>Estimate engineering efforts, prioritize projects, plan implementations, and triage production issues.</li>
<li>Work on building new experiences, improving existing products, and developing distributed systems.</li>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Currently enrolled as a student in the UAE, 0-2 years of relevant work experience in an accredited Computer Science Bachelors or Masters program.</li>
<li>Strong applied experience, having built, broken, and rebuilt software applications.</li>
<li>Creative thinker with the ability to create real-world products.</li>
<li>Programming experience in Java, Javascript, Python.</li>
<li>Must be on a student visa or on parent sponsorship.</li>
<li>Analytical skills to convert abstract concepts into viable products using CS fundamentals.</li>
<li>Resourcefulness to do a lot with limited resources, aggregating information and building relationships with key partners.</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset, using data to frame and solve problems.</li>
<li>Proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and working knowledge of SDLC and different methodologies.</li>
<li>Comfortable with algorithms and data structures.</li>
